I know I've never done any posts like this, but I thought I would give it a go!

1// What is your favorite quote or verse that reminds you to be grateful?

For my favorite verse, I would say simply John 3:16. Nothing make me more thankful than that. Like, really. 

And for my favorite quote, you have official permission to laugh at me.

Whenever I think about this quote it always just makes me think about my life and how massively amazing I have things;) 

2// Who are you grateful for?  

Definitely my parents. They are the most amazing people, and I think I would be a very different (worse) person if I didn't have them in my life. Also my sisters. They all make my life 117% better. I guess my brother too. Although right now while I am writing this I hear him unrolling the roll of paper towels I use for painting.

I am also very grateful for every single one of my amazing friends!  

3// What life events are you grateful for?

I'm not sure if this is a "life event" but I am very grateful that I am home-schooled. If has really forced me to think for myself and helped me be very self motivated. Being home schooled has really made me realize, if I want to learn something, I can.  

 4// What is something you are grateful for but often times don't think about?
I often times forget about the incredible freedom and opportunity that I have. Also the fact that my parents are supportive of me and my artistic endeavors. 

5// What are you going to do to show people your gratitude towards them?

In my short life I have found this. It is impossible to 're-pay' the people who have done things for you. You have to accept the fact that they've helped you, and you could never pay them back. 

In my prideful little soul I think that I don't need anyone and I can do everything on my own, but that simply isn't true. 

So what can you do for people you owe your life to?

Thank them.

Well I got a phone call the other say saying that I was one of the five winners!

The prize is a Wacom Cintiq 13HD Interactive Pen Display as well as aone-year subscription for Adobe Creative Cloud.
I'll let you know when it gets here! It will allow me to create digital art, so this should be a whole new adventure for me!

Where Have I Been?

I'm back!

My life has been clinically insane lately, I'm trying to do nanowrimo and prepare for a craft fair on December 7th, plus, I'm trying to give my etsy shop a facelift. And highschool. Did I mention highschool. 

I really try not to forget to do the things that I love (for example: blogging and sleeping)  when I get so busy, but I have never been a stellar time manager.

If you have any magic time management tips! Please leave a comment!

Or if you have any advice at all please leave it in the comments because oh my giddy aunt sarah I need it;)

But I haven't stopped drawing!

I don't think I could if I tried.

So here is what I've been working on

 A logo! For my shop, which really dons't exist yet, but it has a logo!

 My attempts at sticker design, these should be printed soon! I'll keep ya' posted;)

 Stairs, because why not!

 I love sleep kind of a lot.

 Star princess because stars.

This was for a contest the Switchfoot put on, they had a fan design the cover! I didn't win, but I think it turned out pretty darn cool:)
